FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about training at WE.FIT.
General
What is CrossFit?
Functional training that mixes strength, cardio, and gymnastics. Every workout is different. Movements like squats, deadlifts, pull-ups, and running — done at an intensity that fits your level.
Is CrossFit suitable for beginners?
Yes. Every workout scales to your level. Our coaches show you the movements, help you pick the right weight, and make sure you move well. Everyone starts somewhere.
Do you offer free trials?
2 free trial classes, no commitment. Write us on WhatsApp and we'll get you set up.
How long are the classes?
60 minutes. Warm-up, skill or strength work, the WOD (Workout of the Day), and a cool-down.
What if I have an injury or medical condition?
Tell your coach before class. They'll modify movements so you can train safely. CrossFit adapts to you, not the other way around.
How do I track my progress?
We use the Wodify app. Log your results after each class, track your personal records, and see how you're improving over time.
HYROX
What is HYROX?
HYROX is a global fitness race that combines running with functional workout stations. You alternate between 1 km runs and exercises like sled pushes, rowing, burpees, and wall balls. At WE.FIT, our HYROX classes prepare you for race day — or just give you a killer hybrid workout.
Do I need to be fit to try HYROX?
Not at all. Our HYROX classes scale to every fitness level. You'll build up your endurance and strength progressively. Whether you want to compete or just train in a fun, structured format — you're welcome.
How does HYROX training differ from CrossFit?
CrossFit focuses on broad fitness with varied daily workouts — strength, gymnastics, cardio. HYROX is more specific: it trains you for the race format of running plus functional stations. CrossFit builds your base; HYROX sharpens your race performance. Many of our members do both.
Yoga
What styles of Yoga do you offer?
We offer Yoga classes designed for athletes — focused on mobility, flexibility, and recovery. Sessions blend elements of Vinyasa flow and deep stretching to complement your training. Perfect for undoing the tightness from heavy lifting and intense workouts.
Can I do Yoga alongside CrossFit?
Absolutely — we'd encourage it. Yoga improves your mobility, breathing, and recovery, which directly helps your CrossFit performance. Many of our members combine both disciplines. All Yoga classes are included in every membership plan.
Pricing & Membership
What membership options do you offer?
Three plans: Unlimited (all classes, Open Gym, both locations — from CHF 213/mo on an annual plan), Plus (up to 2 classes per week, both locations — from CHF 161/mo on an annual plan), and the 10-Pack (10 classes to use anytime, CHF 280 one-time). All plans give you access to CrossFit, HYROX, Yoga, Weightlifting, and Gymnastics.
Can I try before committing?
Yes. We offer 2 free trial classes with no commitment. Just write us on WhatsApp to book your first session. You'll train alongside the community and experience a real class — not a watered-down intro.
What's included in each plan?
Every plan includes access to both our Wadenswil and Meilen locations, all disciplines (CrossFit, HYROX, Yoga, Weightlifting, Gymnastics), coach-led group classes, and the Wodify app for booking and tracking. Unlimited members also get Open Gym access for self-directed training.
Drop-in
Can I drop in for a single class?
Yes. Drop-ins are CHF 30 per class. No membership needed. You can book and pay online, then just show up. Drop-ins are welcome at both our Wadenswil and Meilen locations.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, please book your class online beforehand. This helps us manage class sizes and make sure there's a spot for you. You can book via our website — pick a class from the schedule, pay online, and you're set.
Location & Facilities
Where are you located?
We have two locations on the shores of Lake Zurich: Wadenswil and Meilen. Both are fully equipped CrossFit boxes. Your membership gives you access to both — train wherever suits you best.
What facilities do you have?
Both locations have a full open-floor training area with barbells, kettlebells, rowers, ski ergs, pull-up rigs, and more. You'll also find changing rooms and showers. Everything you need to train and get on with your day.
